This poor dog. It's not bad enough it was born a poodle. the owners do THIS to it.

Last Night Rob and I went out for Chineese Food. Rob thinks wontons look like brains. I think they look like testicles.
Mmmm. Testicles in broth. My fav.
Rob eating deep fried spiders.
Is there something on my face?
Rob won $50.00!
Made up for my greediness at the casino. We had a fun night. We played pool with two lesbians who were getting really drunk. One kept saying "Fugly" and laughing her head off when her shot was bad. The other one was more harsh and was critiquing all our shots. After 45 minutes it was getting annoying, (Hey "lady", back off with your advice! It's a stupid game that I suck at ok?) and I was, as usual, so tired I was barely hanging on. So we went home. It was a fun night. I am really liking this going out thing! But I feel weird calling it freedom because we are paying for it. it's not free at all. Aparently you can put a price on freedom. $5.00 an hour to be presise.Panhandlers Gone Wild!
Don't forget about this blog people! And send us your photos!!
IN FLANDERS FIELDS the poppies blow
Between the crosses row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.
This one makes me laugh too...
The truely weird thing about my reading habit is that once I finish a book, I don't just merely move on to one of the others I've been reading and soley concentrate on it, finishing it and then move onto the last one, neatly wrapping things up. No, that would make my life far too simple and my brain entirely too clutter free. I have to find a replacement book for the one I just tossed aside...now no longer feeling the loss, so to speak, but rather a sense of urgency to fill this unbareable void. A rebound book if you will. I have normally chosen this next book already by the time I get down to the last 60 or 100 pages. Because Heaven forbid, I go on some kind of crazy reading binge that day and be left with no replacement.

this Rocky Mountain Soap Co. He was particularily fond of their Pumpkin Patch soap. I told him I'd have to take his word for it as I am too cheap to spend money on fancy soaps. I just keep my fingers crossed at Christmas and hope for some in my stocking....and then proceed to Costco where I buy the biggest, cheapest pack of Ivory soap available. Well, I go inside and
open up my little package and wouldn't you know it, it's a bar of Rocky Mountain Soap! And I have to tell you...it IS wonderful soap. He sent me the Field and Stream bar. So in return, I sent him some rockets and a Fat Pig as a thankyou. It took me a couple days to post this because I wanted to surprise him with my thankyou. So...Thanks Stonelifter!! I love my soap. It was very thoughtful of you.
Rob working on his car in the rain
Rob a little too happy to be raking leaves. I don't know what happened to the photo, but you get the idea. 1 hour later, he had hardly made a dent in them.
After leaf raking, we all went swimming on Friday. Rob had the day off, so that was fun.
Playing in the pool
SWIMMING!!!
We finally found a babysitter!! So last night we actually went out to a movie!! Ate waaay too much popcorn!
Is it just me or do you think the theater could be even a tad bit more creative and a little less neglectful with their entrance center peice dealy thing?

Speaking of movies, when I was down visiting my sister, my Mum and Dad watched the kids and Julia and I got to go to a movie. It was a Wednesday and we were the ONLY ones in the whole theater. It was great. We talked practically through the whole thing and ended up wishing there were more people in there just for the extra body heat because we were freezing.
Crofton and I

Damn ungrateful trick or treaters.
Ok, seriously. Who would buy Pot smelling incense? Obviously people will because there was barely any left.
Trust me, I don't have a tree growing near or on my back porch. (and that's my neighbours delapitaed shed)

Do you think it's time to rake? This is our tenants job as they get the back yard. But they are both away, so now the job has been passed down to Rob. I'm sure he'll be really excited about it when he sees the carpet of leaves..
